Refund policy

At KWJ, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With original tags (if applicable)

  • In original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked non-returnable

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items (customer-caused)

3. How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • KWJ is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos of the issue so we can make it right quickly.

We will offer:

  • Replacement, or

  • Full refund (including shipping, if applicable)

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges
